This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, estimated delivery times, tracking procedures, and related policies.

Orders may be fulfilled from our warehouse or fulfillment locations depending on the destination, product, and stock availability.

2. Processing and Shipping Time

Our standard estimated shipping time is approximately 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping time begins after your order has been successfully processed and dispatched.

Orders may require additional processing time before shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Carrier delays
Severe weather
Public holidays
Customs procedures
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Oversized-product handling
Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered for a product or order, the applicable terms will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives and scans your shipment.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated 5–7 business-day timeframe, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur because of:

Severe weather
Public holidays
Customs or import procedures
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

We will do our best to accommodate address changes before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

7. Large and Heavy Products

Some products such as amplifiers, speaker cabinets, PA speakers, subwoofers, or other large audio equipment may require oversized or specialist shipping.

Delivery costs, procedures, or timeframes for these products may differ from standard parcel delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is reasonable access for delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives.

If your package appears damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible at:

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation.

9. International Orders and Customs

For orders shipped between or into the United States or United Kingdom, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on the order, destination, shipping arrangement, checkout terms, and applicable law.

If customs or government authorities require additional information from the customer, delivery delays may occur.
