How do I find a specific product?
Browse the equipment categories or use the product search. Product pages contain the published descriptions, images, price and stock status.
What does “available on backorder” mean?
The item is not shown as available from current stock. A backorder may take longer to dispatch. Confirm availability and timing before placing an order.
How can I check an existing order?
Visit Track Order with your order number and billing email, or sign in to My account.
Where do I find product specifications?
Read the description and additional information on the individual product page. Check the model, connectivity and compatibility details for your intended setup.
Which payment methods can I use?
Any payment methods available for your order will appear at checkout. Do not send payment information through a contact message.
